Applications:
The type of application determines the process used. Membrane Press (vacuum press) is used for a thickness of 0.20-0.50mm, width of 1260mm or 1400mm and length of 100-300m/roll. This process is used for coverings on MDF, particleboard, wooden board and fiber board for doors, kitchen cabinets, wardrobes, and furniture. It can cover embossed board and cover five surfaces at the same time.
Wrapping Profiles is used for thickness of 0.12-0.18mm, width of 40-1260mm and length of 300-800m/roll. This process is used for coverings on all types of profiles such as wood profile, aluminum profile, and PVC profile for door frames, window sills, base channels, and PVC ceilings.
Cold Laminating is used for a thickness of 0.12-0.20mm, width of 1240-1260mm and length of 300-500m/roll. This process is used for covering flat panels such as wood, steel, aluminum, and PVC for doors and furniture.
Hot Laminating is used for a thickness of 0.16-0.30mm, width of 1260mm and length of 200-300m/roll. This process is used to cover PVC panels, steel panels, and aluminum panels for door and skirting.
Finally, Self-adhesive is used for a thickness of 0.10-0.20mm, width of 600mm/1220mm and length of 5-50m/roll. This process is often used to stick to any smooth surface for furniture and indoor decorations.
